Forum Title: Kitchen Cabinet System & Products
We are looking into refinishing kitchen cabinets (wood to white) and need advice on different prep systems used & paint products. We have been getting a lot of requests and want to make sure our estimates are correct with prep work etc. Our paint Store sells Benjamin Moore and PPG paints. I have seen some good things said about PPG breakthrough for cabinets. Our first one will be for a family with a newborn so non toxic/minimal smell would be preferable, thanks?!

Palm sand as much as possible. Hand sand the little areas, blow of the dust with a compressor, tack cloth, spray a coat of coverstain, top coat with breakthrough. Sand between coats as required
